Frank Health Insurance was launched nearly a decade ago and it was a game changer. A young, refreshing and digital first health insurer that offered just a few products for young people who needed health insurance and wanted to avoid a tax levy.

Fast forward ten years and other brands like AMG, NIB, HCF had continued to innovate while Frank has stayed still. Same old look and feel. Same old promise.

The challenge. In a market filled with big health insurance brands with big budgets, all innovating the way they deliver customer experience, we needed to re-affirm franks positioning as the challenger brand.
